The most important thing you must do when learning how to play guitar is practice! You’re learning new things by doing the work, here, this is playing guitar, simple. By saying that, i mean playing guitar, not pulling the strings with no reason at all. And when you’re practicing, there is one thing you should never do and that is you must never, ever do it in a rush, just take your time and the results will come.

The next important thing is you need to get organized while learning new stuff. You need to start at the beginning and start playing simple chords and stuff like that. When playing guitar, just remain as relaxed as possible, relieving the tension off. The tension in your body prevents you from playing correctly and this is wrong way.

Practice every day, every single day, if that is possible, if not, just try doing it in some order, just never quit for a longer period of time and then start again. Women’s College Basketball – History and Background

It is well known that basketball was invented in 1891 by Dr. James Nesmith, but what is not so well known is the history of women’s basketball. The inaugural womens college basketball session was actually part of a physical education class at Smith College for girls in Conneticut.

The very first womens college basketball game took place at Smith College for girls in 1893 where the freshman played against the sophomores. Unlike womens college basketball games today, the game actually took place behind locked doors and men were prohibited from watching.

The rules of this first womens college basketball game were altered from those of the original mens version to enhance teamwork. The court had 3 zones and three players from each team of nine were allowed in each zone but could not move out of their zone. Funnily enough, these early restrictions in the womens college basketball game are strikingly similar to the game of netball that is played by schoolgirls and women all over Europe.

Reverse Merger: Have They Taken the Reverse out of Reverse Merger?

Are the promoters and consultants destroying the market for Reverse Merger? First lets take a look at reverse merger. In a Reverse Merger, an operating private company merges with a public company that has little or no assets, nor know liabilities (the shell).

In some rare instances, the shell may have some amount of cash remaining for investment in the new enterprise. The public corporation is called a shell since all that exists of the original company is its corporate shell structure and shareholders.

The private company owners obtain the majority of the shell corporation stock (usually 90-95%) through a new issue of stock for the private enterprise or assets.

The public corporation will normally change its name to the private companys name and elect a new board of directors which will appoint the officers.

The public corporation will usually have a base of shareholder sufficient to to meet the 300 shareholder requirement for eventual admission to quotation on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market, Or some other market.

Kids Join Forces With Police In Speeding Crackdown

Schoolchildren in Central Wales have been acting as ad-hoc prosecutors in an attempt to reduce the speed of motorists on the roads in Powys.

Pupils from Radnor Valley County Primary School learned how to use laser speed cameras to measure the speed of speeding cars, which can cause accidents necessitating car insurance claims.

However, speeding motorists who often risk increased car insurance premiums, not to mention accidents; large and small could perhaps have been a little surprised when asked to explain their actions to schoolchildren, according to the Powys County Times newspaper.

PC Lyn Heard told the newspaper: “I would expect a motorist, who would have to answer to a group of school children, to modify their future behaviour while using the roads.”

Sarah Morris, a road safety project manager, added: “Inappropriate speed on Powys roads is one of the major causes of road traffic collisions.”

“It is hoped that motorists will adhere to and respect the speed limits, which will greatly improve the road safety within the vicinity of our schools,” she concluded.

What You Should Know About Exercise Induced Asthma

Do you end up with wheezing, chough or other asthma symptoms after physical exertion? If so, you may be suffering from exercise induced asthma.

In some people, asthma is triggered exclusively by exercise and not by allergens like pollen. How does exercise bring on this condition?

Researchers point out to a number of contributing factors.

One reason is that the person may have greater than normal sensitivity to changes in temperature. It could also be that during exercise, breathing often becomes rapid and shallow, which may end up bringing more allergens into contact with lung tissues.

A third factor is that when breathing rapidly, air that reaches the lungs doesn’t have a chance to warm up sufficiently. When we breathe normally through our noses, the air that reaches the lungs warms up during the passage.

However, during exercise, the body has increased oxygen requirements. To meet it, we tend to breathe through the mouth. This doesn’t allow the air to warm up before it gets to the lungs.

Cool, dry air reaching the lungs can irritate the bronchial tubes and the trachea lining. When that happens, the body releases histamines which result in inflammation.
